There was a time when there was so much hype created by everyone regarding the Cafes & Bars in the HKV area. With time, HKV lost the charm of providing nothing more than a better nightlife for everyone.
Being a gastronaut, I couldn’t find any better place than FORK YOU in HKV which provides some really delicious dishes and a perfect view of the lake to enjoy your evening.
FORK YOU – As the name suggests, the control over your spoons and forks becomes involuntary to leave your palate as they keep you busy with their immense variety of scrummy dishes.
“They know their kitchen” is what I’d say when it comes to talking about the food that they serve here.
Listing down a few of those dishes without which your meal is incomplete :
1. Sumac Spiced Grilled Fish – perfectly cooked fish served with Hummus. Sumac spice gives a sour and a lush taste to this dish. I can surely pay off another visit to this place just for this piece of grilled fish.
2. Pesto Olive Chicken – do you love having Chicken Satay?? Well, why not try these grilled chicken sticks marinated with pesto and garnished with olives.
3. Tenderloin Burger – enjoy the tenderness of this delish juicy burger with some potato chips and ofcourse, some lager beer. A must dish to tantalize your belly.
Recommendation : Brownie over Tiramisu – Why?
Well, talking of Tiramisu – the bread seemed to be a bit soggy, which obviously, ruined the creamy flavor of Tiramisu. Brownie served with Vanilla ice cream is what you just don’t want to miss here.
